When the Woe of Ruin brought the world crashing down, they were freed of their former masters. Most perished. A few survived. And in the chaos that followed, they found a way to persist, though at odds with the Inzandra’az… another Ethernic creation that relies upon Zytherium to function. This clash over such a rare resource puts the two peoples at odds with one-another, though, having both cast off the shackles of the Etherns, they should be allies.

Now, they survive in hidden pods and solitary lives, scattered across the Wy’rded World. Feared by many, trusted by few, their identities as shifting as the flow of water.
